En el mediodía de hoy, en el salón Walter de Navazio asumieron las nuevas autoridades que cumplirán sus funciones, por un lapso de dos años, en las Comisiones Directivas de los Centros Vecinales de los Barrios Jardín, Ascasubi Este, Villa Carlitos, Solares del Tercero, Rubén Márquez, Haedo, Ctalamochita, Portal del Río, Artemio Aran, Maipú, Estación, Ascasubi Oeste, Soldado Allende, Sarmiento, Francisco Tau, Malvinas Argentinas, Praderas del Sur, Country, 20 de Junio y Campos del Oeste.
Para dar comienzo al acto de proclamación, el coordinador de Gabinete, Ing. Ernesto Borrageros hizo un recorrido sobre la multiplicidad de obras que el municipio está realizando en todos los barrios de la ciudad, además de presentar el nuevo “Programa de Participación Vecinal”.
Seguidamente el intendente municipal, Dr. Carlos Briner, se dirigió a los presentes valorando el compromiso de los vecinos al asumir un rol protagónico en la vida de cada uno de los barrios de nuestra ciudad. Resaltó la necesidad de trabajar juntos para mejorar porque, “la ciudad somos todos”. De esta manera cada uno de los flamantes presidentes recibió de manos de las autoridades presentes una copia del decreto que acredita sus funciones.
